About Michael
Michael is a husband, father and lifelong resident of South County, with a deep love for its people and its natural beauty.
He has devoted his life to economic empowerment for the most vulnerable, including through his current work on behalf of girls all over the world at Plan International USA. His experience raising a child afflicted with lissencephaly inspires him to act as an advocate for all families dealing with our broken healthcare system.
Michael is an Executive Member of S-RIPA and holds a degree from SUNY Geneseo in International Relations.
“Our environment isn’t being protected. Small businesses are being crushed by big monopolies. The things we want to pass on to our kids are slipping through our fingers and politicians just aren’t getting their acts together to do anything about it.
That’s why I’m running – because I know that building a stronger community means people who care about the next generation need to get involved.”
